Hi everyone! My name is Lydia and welcome to Composure Physiotherapy. My experience includes a variety of NHS based care and working with professional athletes. My skills include injury prevention and management, hands of treatment and exercise prescription including return to sport. I have worked in multiple football clubs offering unique and in-depth knowledge of the needs and demands of this sport. I also have a background in sport myself which makes my approach adaptable and personal to each patient and their injury/ condition.
