Home service (mainland 1)

- We allow a 15-minute grace period.  
- A delay fee of ₦5,000 applies after the initial 15- minutes grace period. (In-studio sessions )
- After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled without a refund.( in- studio sessions ) 
- For out of studio sessions delay every 30 minutes cost #10,000 naira

In evidenza

- A 70% to 100% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

- Your booking is only secured after payment and proof of payment is confirmed 

- Full payment is required before the session is over.



Booking Policy 

- Cancellations on the day of your appointment will not be refunded.

- If you cancel before the appointment day, you will not be refunded, but you may reschedule once.

- Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your original appointment time.

 Cancellation & Rescheduling

- If you do not show up and no notice is given, your deposit is forfeited, and a new booking with a new deposit will be required

No-Show Policy

- Makeup Changes During a Shoot
  Changing your eyeshadow or lip color during a shoot costs ₦5,000 per change. Please let us know 
   in advance so we can plan accordingly.  

- Staying On Set After Initial Glam 
   Once your makeup is done, we leave.
    If you'd like us to stay for touch-ups or outfit changes, a ₦10,000 fee applies per outfit change. 
    This covers our time.

Shoot Looks & Extended Stay Policy 

- To keep the session private, calm and focused, we ask that you do not bring guests to your appointment unless it's been discussed and agreed on beforehand.
