Reflexology - 1 Hour 

A specialised Foot Reflexology Technique targeted at supporting the Lymphatic System known as RLD (reflexology lymphatic drainage). Covered by health insurance. 45-60 Min duration

In all types of reflexology the feet correspond to different organs & systems in the body. Like normal reflexology, RLD is working in the same way but is targeted more on the circulatory and lymphatic system specifically in a sequence similar to the in Manual Lymph Drainage Massage. Starting with opening the lymph ducts, and then working on promoting healthy flow of lymph to these areas for drainage and healing.

4 weekly / bi weekly sessions of 1 hour Lymphatics. Saving you €20. Please note you will be able to claim the cost of your sessions back with your health insurance. An hour of on head, neck & face massage techniques combined with facial reflexology, energy clearing and lymphatic drainage.

This hands on treatment will help get your body out of fight or flight, encourage the release of stored emotions / tensions, increase circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage while also helping to sculpt the face. 

It can support tightness & tension, eye strain, migraines, headaches, TMJ issues, sinuses and puffiness etc.
