Really great experience with MIAU - all the groomers were friendly, it was EXTREMELY clean and peaceful. One of my cats hates coming out in a carrier so he was already stressed but I think the environment helped him cope better. They sent photos of the babies, it was all very cute. Great first experience.

Ash’s first grooming experience was better than expected! 🐾 He stayed calm throughout, came back looking so clean and fluffy, and his coat feels much softer. The groomers were patient and gentle with him, making his first visit a positive one. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy 💙
