Roby is an absolute miracle worker! I came in with five years of dyed black hair, wanting to transition to a lighter color to hide the greys, and she nailed it. Next step: balayage! She is a literal master mixologist when it comes to color; she knows exactly how to get you the exact shade you’re looking for. I love that she actually listens and offers great advice without ever being pushy—you genuinely get what you ask for. Bonus: she gives the best, most relaxing hair wash ever. On top of being insanely talented, Roby is just the sweetest person. Couldn't recommend her more!
