Whether you're coming to understand your skin, work on specific concerns, want a tailored skin plan, or simply want to switch off and leave glowing, your appointment is shaped around what you want. 

Tell us what you'd like to achieve and we'll assess your skin, then craft a bespoke treatment around exactly what it needs. 

This visit includes extra time to properly get to know your skin before future appointments become pure treatment time.

New Client Facial & Skin Consultation – The Arrival

A smoothing facial for returning Satori guests who want softer skin, a fresh glow and a smoother base for makeup. 

We begin with a cleanse, exfoliation, then use dermaplaning to remove dead skin cells and fine facial hair.

We finish with a mask chosen for your skin and your choice of cooling ice globes or a relaxing scalp massage.

If you're dealing with active acne or want to target a specific concern, The House Facial or The Arrival will serve you better.


Dermaplaning Facial – Satori Dermaplane

Our signature facial. Entirely yours.

The House is a bespoke facial for returning Satori guests, whether you want to maintain healthy, glowing skin or work on dryness, dullness, congestion or uneven texture.

Tell us what you’d like to achieve. 

You don’t need to know which treatment steps to choose. We’ll assess your skin on the day and take it from there.

Every step is chosen for you. Your facial may include gentle exfoliation, extractions, enzyme, a targeted mask or LED, depending on what suits your skin and your goals.

A bespoke appointment for returning Satori guests looking to work on concerns such as uneven texture, the appearance of acne scarring or pigmentation.

- We assess your skin, review your goals and choose a treatment based on what your skin is ready for.

- Options may include microneedling or professional skin resurfacing when suitable. The exact treatment is decided after your skin assessment.

Your place at Satori. Your skin, taken care of.

No choosing between treatments or wondering what your skin needs next. Each month, we assess your skin and create the treatment it needs, from your regular House Facial to modalities within The Shift when appropriate.

As your skin changes, your treatments change with it. We get to know your skin, remember the details and continually adapt your care around where it is and where you want it to go.

Taking care of your skin becomes part of your ritual. Taking care of the rest becomes ours.

Your only job is to arrive.

3-month minimum term. Thereafter, cancel with one month's notice.

A facial personalised to your skin, with the treatment flow adapted for filming and photography.

• This is a content creation appointment, so the products, treatment steps and time spent on each stage may differ from our usual Satori facial protocols.
• We’ll assess your skin and select suitable treatment elements. Specific products or techniques cannot be guaranteed.
• Expect pauses, changes of camera angle and occasional repositioning while we capture content.
• You must be comfortable having your face photographed and filmed, including before, during and after treatment.
• Content may be used across Satori’s social media, website and marketing. Photography and filming consent is required to take part.
• Please complete your consultation and consent forms before attending. Treatment is subject to skin suitability.
