It's okey, just high on their prices...and especially on treatments....when customers come for treatment every month at-least they should reduce prices bcz they are guaranteed business. Otherwise set a customer care desk so someone else can pick calls on your behalf when you cannot pick.

Thank you ma'am for your feedback. We take pride in maintaining a standard of excellence in the services we offer and products we use. Since we use bespoke sytem to meet each clients and scalp needs, than using general mass standards.,.we would not be able to achieve that at a lower rate.. .

Really enjoyed my experience at Naurei Atarah. Everyone was so warm and it felt like home away from home. The lovely Rwandese lady was very keen and careful with my hair could almost not feel any tension during the whole process. The ambience is so inviting and calming. Oh, and my neck towel smelt so great :) * Its honestly in the little things* Glad to have installed the temporary locks as this would mean more appointments with the lovely team. Excited for this journey and more than glad to be going through it with the team at Naurei.
