Booked for 3pm. Got to 3:20 and I had to ask how long it would be. Had to go and get another stylist as she was running behind but didn’t even make the effort to tell me or apologise. Haircut was ok - took 15 mins (dry cut) so expensive for what it was

I’m absolutely over the moon with my cut and colour! 🤍 I asked for a razor-sharp, bright blonde bob with a beautifully blended root smudge, and Mia delivered exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with it! Thank you so much, Mia — I absolutely love it! ✨
