Wonderful love my sauna experiences at Cloud 9.. so much so I became a regular client...a beautiful location and presentation with privacy to chill and rejuvenate. 🤗🌈

We loved our first visit to the infrared sauna. It’s so peaceful, being nestled amongst the banana trees. Everything was very clean. I’ll be back again, for sure. What a gem.

Amazing place, very clean and great customer service. It’s really a 5 star. My only complaint would be that it would be preferable to allow a 1hr visit that you must be in and out within, meaning if you want to shower 5min and be done you actually can be in sauna for 55min. So you use your 1hr the way you would like based on your own prep. Rather than a 45min sauna and 15min to leave. Allow the customer to choose how the time is spent. Otherwise this place is outstanding and highly recommended

Hi Khan. Thank you for your feedback, it is always appreciated. Please be aware that I do offer a 60 minute sauna session option however you always choose to book the 45 minute session. The reason I state that I allow time for arrival and departure is that many sauna places expect guests to arrive, depart and sauna all within the 45 minutes. Janine
