Grace is an excellent physiotherapist. She takes the time to listen to you about injuries and is honest in her treatment plan . She is also very welcoming and I would definitely recommend her to others

First time I’ve done a sports massage and Grace was amazing. Made me feel super comfortable and explained what she was doing why it benefited me. i can say that I will become a regular with Grace for her to help me with my recovery.

I went to see Grace for help with an injury and she has honestly gone above and beyond. Her knowledge is brilliant and the treatment has been to a really high standard. She has given me some really good advice on managing the injury and helping me recover so I’m ready for hyrox. I’m really grateful for all her help and would definitely recommend Grace to anyone. She really knows her stuff and genuinely wants to help you🫶🏻

Really pleased with my deep tissue sports massage with Grace. She was really knowledgeable and took the time to explain what she was doing and why it needed to be done, which I found really helpful. She made me feel comfortable throughout and the treatment was great. Would definitely recommend Grace!

I think I have spent my whole adult life underestimating sports massage, I can’t believe the impact from just one session. I’ve been having trouble with my knee / leg for well over 6 months, I had seen drs & was worried it was just something I was going to have to live with. Grace within minutes had found the cause and began treatment, she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and genuinely cares. Grace me feel comfortable and at ease throughout and I received a detailed aftercare plan to help between appointments. I’m so grateful I found her.
