I had a wonderful experience at the salon for my waxing session! Ornella was incredibly professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The treatment room was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which is very important to me. She was quick, gentle, and the results are smooth and perfect. I highly recommend her waxing services and will definitely be back! 🥰
