A grounding, body-based session designed to support nervous system regulation and embodiment.

As you lie comfortably on the massage table, the session begins with a short guided meditation, followed by a restorative AromaTouch massage where I will apply a sequence of specifically 8 chosen doTERRA essential oils along your spine, neck, head, feet and energy pathways. Each oil is carefully selected to address stress, tension, and imbalance, working in harmony to ground your body and calm your mind.

Relax and surrender, as the aromatic essences support your nervous system, release physical tension, and promote deep relaxation. The gentle repetitive movements and fragrant oils create a nurturing environment, helping your body restore balance and reconnect to its natural rhythm. You will leave feeling refreshed and aligned.
