Helena is amazing. I have arthritis and muscle problems around my sciatic and legs. She took the time to listen to me and understand all of the different issues I have and tailored a plan to me. She genuinely cares about making me feel better and works at a pace that feels right for me. She is always recommending ways for me to improve in the real world. I cannot recommend working with Helena enough.
