Hello, my name is Sarah and I have been a therapist for 21 years. I have worked in numerous spas and salons around Cardiff and also a spa in Greece. A Touch Of Asia has been established since 2011. My treatment room is based in my converted garage at home which is warm, comforting and welcoming. My treatments are holistic which include clinical reflexology, massage, hot stone massage, facials, thai foot massage, Indian head massage and treatment packages. The Indian head massage is performed fully clothed whilst the client is sat on a chair.

The massage includes the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and face. Coconut oil infused with Rosemary and Cedarwood will be used on the scalp to hydrate and nourish the hair and scalp.

Thai foot massage is a deep massage of the feet and lower leg (under the knee).
