Reflexology:
A gentle foot treatment where specific points that relate to different parts of the body are worked to bring the body in to a state of homeostasis (balance).

Facial Reflexology: 
Facial Reflexology maps the body on the face and by working specific points, meridians and zones will help to restore balance to the body. May also include an acupressure and marma point massage of the face and head to relieve pressure in the sinuses, relax the muscles and jaw and boost the feel good hormones to aid relaxation, sleep etc 

Hand Reflexology: 
A relaxing massage of the hands and arms incorporating hand reflexology where specific points are worked to balance the body's energy.

Also Qualified in The Children's Reflexology Programme and TCRP for Additional Needs enabling me to teach parents /carers how to use reflexology at home.


Reflexology (Face, Hand or Foot)

A gentle, relaxing (or invigorating), clothed  massage of the back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face. 

You can choose to lie on a massage bed, sit on a low back chair or a massage chair. You may choose to remain fully clothed or remove your top to have oil applied. You can also choose to have more work done on specific areas rather than have the full treatment eg. Back, neck and shoulders Or Head and Face...

May help with headache/migraine; muscle aches and tension; TMJ; stress, depression and anxiety; sleep issues; balance issues etc.

Indian Head Massage

A gentle, nurturing massage of the back, shoulders, arms, neck and head that works on specific areas of the brain to calm the nervous system, flooding the body with the feel good hormones aiding concentration, sleep, regulation, memory and boosting the immune system.
Reflexology of the hands and feet and Reiki energy healing can also be used along with other relaxation techniques such as breathing, yoga and sound.

Combination of 2 x 30 minute treatments in one appointment.

DUO 45 Treatment

Signature Treatments

A gentle but powerful therapy where the therapist channels energy to where the body needs it by placing hands on, or over, specific areas of the body.

Linen 'candles' impregnated with beeswax and essential oils are lit and placed in the ears, in turn. You will feel warmth and hear crackling. The warmth and vibration helps to loosen any blockages and encourage the ears to self clean. We finish with an acupressure face massage and reiki to enhance the effects of treatment.

Can be used before and after flying, for balance issues, sinus, headache/migraine and ear conditions eg. glue ear, labrynthitis, Menieure's etc.

NB. grommets, perforated ear drum and active infection are contraindicated for treatment
