Experience deep relaxation and gentle support during this sacred time. Offered with the utmost care by a specially trained and experienced therapist, this nurturing 60 minute hands on massage brings beautiful benefits for both mum and baby.

Held in a cosy sanctuary of blankets and bolsters, your session also includes a warm footbath and guided meditation - a soothing journey of rest, connection, and rejuvenation.

This treatment is available from 14 weeks onwards. Please check with your midwife or GP beforehand to ensure massage is suitable for your pregnancy.

Pregnancy Massage

Receive a nurturing and relaxing massage or skilled targeted treatment, the choice is yours. I tailor the massage to your needs which focus on specific areas, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. My warm and private therapy room, complete with heated blanket is a lovely place to relax. Snuggle under heavy cotton towels with bolsters supporting your knees and lower back. My own special blend of natural massage oils will nourish your skin and leave you feeling renewed

Relaxation Massage - 1 hour

Step into a sacred space of deep healing and reconnection. Rooted in shamanic and intuitive traditions, this session weaves together sacred song, sound, smoke, crystals, and touch. Guided by the elements, the spirits of the land, and ancestral wisdom. Each treatment is a unique ceremony, lovingly held to support your alignment, clarity, and return to love.

This work is deeply personal, first felt through my mother and other teachers, and deepened over many years of devotion and relationship. I work in connection with my guides and the natural world to support meaningful change and reconnection to your true self.

These sessions are held with deep care to gently support you as you shift into greater clarity, ease and connection. A place to come home to yourself.

Energy Healing - 1 hour

A deeply transformative session combining intuitive massage with shamanic energy healing and holistic care. Each session is unique, guided by your intention and what is present in your body, supporting physical and emotional healing, energetic balance, and clarity.

We begin with 30 minutes of intention setting and consultation, offering space to arrive, be heard and ground the work. This is followed by 90 minutes on the couch, where nurturing bodywork is woven with energy healing and reflexology to support release, nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.

Sessions may include sacred songs or healing sounds, incense and the natural scents of essential oils. Massage is offered using natural oils and CBD creams, with a magnesium foot soak on arrival. Hot stones and crystals may be included.

You may experience warmth, tingling, emotional release or deep stillness as energy shifts. 

A follow-up appointment is recommended within a month of the first session..

Signature Healing Massage Appointment

Energy Healing - 90 mins

Experience the blissful relaxation and grounding of hot stone massage, where tension gently melts away. Smooth, heated basalt stones are placed on the body and used in flowing strokes to relax and open the muscles - one stroke with a stone is said to equal five to ten with the hand alone, offering profound relief.

This treatment can be tailored to your needs, working deeply into the muscles or offering gentle, soothing comfort. It’s a deeply grounding experience that supports both physical and energetic release.

Please note: Hot stone massage is not suitable during pregnancy or for those with high blood pressure or heart conditions. If you're unsure, it's best to check with your GP before booking.
