On our 1st visit to Pretty Pups I was made to feel welcome & Millie. Holly asked about Millies previous grooms etc & what i would like her cut to be, explained it may take a couple of visits for Millie to settle. Holly seems a really nice person & knows her business, so thank u very much, Millies groom today was spot on, loved it ❤️

Holly took time & patience to groom my dog which from previous experience at other groomers, isn't exactly easy. She certainly has my vote.

Holly was amazing as always with buddy, he is a handful and full of beans but she always treats him so well and he is smelling absolutely amazing after his bath and blow dry :)
