Mona massaged away knots I didn’t know I had. My shoulders, neck and jaw are less tense. Mona has such a lovely manner and I felt so relaxed I nodded off. The treatment is performed using nitrile gloves and is limited to 30  minutes to ensure comfort and avoid overstimulation of the area.
