I had an upgrade to my usual massage, adding a combination of hot stones and some cocoa butter, that left me feeling like a happy relaxed puddle of melted chocolate! Absolutely doing that again! 😊🍫

Mish released a whole lot of tension from my shoulders and hips. She also gave me some excellent suggestions on what to work on when I exercise to avoid future tension and knots.
