Always a favourite, neuro foot reflexology is a deeply relaxing and healing complementary therapy that can be used as a health and wellbeing maintenance treatment, or customised to take into account any health challenges you may be facing. I particularly love this therapy for addressing any spinal, joint or muscular problems or to help with sleep disturbances but it can be personalised to any focus that you need. 
Note: this treatment cannot be performed if you have active fungal nail infection, verruca or athletes foot.

Neuro Facial Reflexology Wellbeing Boost

Cryo is used for fast removal of age spots, sun spots and large skin tags. Price is from €75 for the first lesion, multiple pricing depending on treatment required, determined at first consultation. Please note, sun spots usually require just one treatment unless very large, large skin tags may need a top up.
