Julia was great - really calm and professional. I had been disappointed in a previous lash lift and she talked me through the different types and options, saying the previous treatment hadn’t been as effective as I have watery eyes, she also explained everything she was doing (and why). Very helpful and put me totally at ease and now my eyelashes are gorgeous
