From the moment the facial starts, it's clear Helena really knows what she's doing, she reads your skin and adapts as she goes, it never feels like a one-size-fits-all treatment. Her intuition is what sets her apart; she seems to know exactly what your skin needs before you even have to say anything. My skin felt amazing afterwards- calm, glowing, and genuinely nourished rather than just "done." It's clear she puts real care and attention into every step.
