I had my first Reiki session today, and it was absolutely amazing! Regener came to my office, which made everything so convenient. From the moment the session began, I felt completely at ease. It was relaxing, refreshing, and exactly what I didn’t realize I needed. As a serial solopreneur, I’m constantly pouring into my businesses and others, so taking time to pour back into myself is important. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and renewed. Gina is exceptional at what she does. Every session feels tailored. She instinctively finds exactly where I’m holding tension and works through it with precision and care. You can tell she really understands the body, not just following a routine but actually listening to what you need. I consistently leave feeling noticeably better, looser, and more relaxed. Highly recommend her if you want real results, not just a standard massage.
