Chanel is very good in explaining the step and product the facial she done very good, the first time I done by Yasmin was disappointed and wasted my first voucher giving me a long mark after the suction and she skip my massage also.

Had such a relaxing facial with Chanel. Environment was calming and service by Chanel was exceptional. Complexion was also brighter after the facial.

It’s been years since my last facial, and I’m so glad my first one after so long was with Gloss. I’ve read so many good things about their Gloss Plasma treatment and it truly lived up to the hype. I’m someone who’s afraid of pain, but this treatment was completely painless and surprisingly comfortable. My skin was glowing for days after the first session, and it looked noticeably plumper too. My esthetician, Chanel, was so gentle and experienced. I felt really pampered throughout the entire treatment.
