Anya is very professional that she knew what hairstyle I usually have I received the cut what I requested and wish for. We also had a chill and fun conversation about life and travel to Japan. Plus I’m surprised that she still remembers me after few years since last time we met. What an incredible memory and amazing customer service. Will come back for her next time!

Really enjoyed my experience at Ticro today. Aya was my hairstylist and I knew I trusted her at the very beginning and let her decide on something that will suit me. Sometimes you just have to come with an open mind! We had a great conversation; Aya was very attentive and consulted me to understand what can be achieved. Always come out from the salon feeling happy. Thanks Aya.

Aya takes great care when cutting my hair and listens carefully to what I look for each time. I’ve been coming to her since 2020 and no doubt would continue that!
