Been to ACE Barbershop a few times when I visit KL & stay @ Sheraton Imperial. Booked haircuti, hot shave & wax appointment a few days in advance. I showed up a few minutes early for my 430PM appointment and did not appreciate having to wait ... then once in the chair, had to wait as the hot towel for the hot shave was not ready, so I suggested let's do the wax (eyebrows, nose & ears) BUT that was also not ready/hot! In the end, had a quick haircut and the wax but opted out of the hot shave as the waiting was ridiculous- they knew I was coming, so they should have been prepared!
