A Full Body massage that targets your main area of pain & all other hypertonic muscles & fascia lines associated, wrapped in nervous system relaxing techniques. For best results, no strenuous activity the day of and day after.

This assists with releasing deeper held tension by targeting the tension from both sides- the nervous system & the muscular system.

an intuitive combo flow of effleurage, pétrissage, myofascial release, skin rolling, torsion, deep linear friction, and sometimes tapotement, TPT, and pin & stretches. Some techniques may feel uncomfortable, some relaxing, some may be interactive.

helps musculoskeletal situations such as;
in laymans: tendonitis; carpal tunnel syndrome, golfers elbow, tennis elbow, rotator cuff syndrome, double crush syndrome, sciatica, post/ant. shin splits, plantar fasciitis numbness/tingling/pinched nerve. general dull ache. tight muscles & ligaments. Range of Motion difficulties in joints,& hypertension in abdomen & inner hips

similar concept as above,
the i'm not even sure where to start, I'm tight all over & open to medical techniques wrapped in nervous system techniques, and there is a need to rest the day of and after.

OR my whole body is tight, idk help me massage

The 'I don't have any specific pain or hypertension, but work it out if you find it and I would like to relax also massage'. full body gently work out the hypertension if found, classic flowing relaxation techniques with some uncomfortable medical techniques. This massage is rejuvenative to all the tissues. It's relaxing to the nervous system, the muscular system & supports the blood & lymph circulatory systems. An intuitive combo flow of Effleurage, petrissage, myofascial release & linear friction. Its not always indicated, sometimes pin & stretches / interactive medical techniques- If you're leaning more towards relaxing while medical treatment, we'll skip that

Full body choice of light to medium general nonspecific pressure. Focus is simply on circulation & relaxation. Classically relaxing to the nervous system, gentle on the muscular system & supports the blood & lymph circulatory systems. Classic flow including Effleurage, petrisauge, myofascial release. It is gentle on the body & great for keeping the immune system moving. (& no specific deep medical techniques are used.

this full body massage is warming & stimulating, for both the body & mind. rhythmic fast upward massage in tandem with the lymph and blood vessels. Light to medium general pressure, nonspecific to muscles. It is not inherently relaxing, its warming and stimulating to the blood vessels & nervous system. Akin to a full body scrub, but with only light oil and fast massage movements. Great before sports events to bring alertness & circulations acts as a warm up to keep from injury.

Circulation Warming Focused Massage

classic fullbody lymphatic drainage, Gentle, light pressure & slow upward movements in tandem with circulatory blood vessels & lymph vessels, with activation of lymph nodes. nonspecific to muscles. Is known to be extremely relaxing

Annamaria Specialty;

A whole new level of deep relaxation. This full body massage, has a gentle rhythmic massage matching the heart beat, recalibrating the nervous system with right and left movements, focus is on flowing in tandem with the nerves with special attention to the cranium, sacrum, spine, hands and feet. This massage is nonspecific to muscles, it strictly focuses on the nervous system. It is focused on the top layers of the skin, the nervous system & fascia, and does not focus on the muscular structures all all. This massage is gentle but powerful.

When the nervous system recalibrates to switching into left brain right brain communication rhythmically, our body moves out of fight/flight/fawn into rest/digest/heal.

Inspired by the music artist on youtube, Meditational State, who loves the science of sound for healing, they create Bilateral & Binaural beats with powerful hertz, they were inspired by EMDR & They link AWESOME studies too.
