Overall appreciated the experience as it was my first head massage. Kind staff. The waterfall and facial massage felt relaxing however, when scrubbing the scalp, only the top of my head was scrubbed. I felt like I left with the bottom untouched. I booked 90 minutes and there was 2 periods of 10 minutes where nothing was being done (during the waterfall and steam) and wasn't aware about what was coming. It also would have been nice to know what products they were using. I asked for a medium pressure but felt very light and made me want to book a full body massage with more technique.

I really loved the experience! My only negative feedback would be that the headrest is a bit hard and when the towel was put under it was a lot more tolerable for the head. The message and experience itself was great!
