Tone your physique & shape specific areas of your body with sessions targeting posterior chain & core strength.
Shape is designed to balance the body, strengthen the core and improve the posterior chain with a lower body focus.

Increase stamina & endurance with a diverse range of aerobic movements. Build up your mental and physical endurance with a session that pushes you to new limits every time, with pumping tunes.
Energy is about giving it your all leaving nothing in the tank.
