My name is Lyndsey and I am a 41 year old mum of 2. I am a fully qualified Complementary Therapist who has been practising massage and alternative therapies since 2011. Experiencing many life challenges from a young age I understand how self love, healing and improving mindset is such an important part of our health and well being.
