A great treatment for calming the mind, but also stimulating the scalp and easing neck tension. It involves a combination of relaxing and stimulating techniques to activate the crown chakra. 
It starts with a massage of your shoulders, neck & top of your back. This helps loosen any tight muscles and soothes you into relaxation. I then move on to your head and perform some stimulating techniques on your scalp to help release and shift energy that maybe stuck. These techniques have been adapted from the traditional Indian practice and are much less vigorous than you would imagine. The treament is then finished with some acupressure points on the face.
This is a seated treatment with oils.
