This bespoke professional bodywork treatment can be booked as a 60 minute or 90 minute appointment and will concentrate on whatever problem you may be presenting with on the day. Whether that is a specific pain area or point of injury, or needing to allow the mind to switch off from whatever stresses or worries you may be holding onto so that I can support you through any emotional crises and work with the holding patterns within your body.

Depending on your presentation the treatment may include a combination of swedish massage, deep tissue & advanced techniques including movement of the joints and if required, working with the fascial layer within the head, face and neck will allow me to access the whole body's fascial system.

Bespoke Massage Treatment 90 minutes

This treatment uses gentle, safe and effective techniques applied to the fascia and cranial bones to relieve pain and discomfort from tinnitus, migraines and many other related pathologies of the head, neck, jaw and face. 

Causes often associated with restrictions and pain in the cranium could be whiplash injuries from falls and crashes, high impact sport, invasive dental work, hormonal imbalances and even trauma from your own birth.  

I'm excited to share these skills with you as part of your bespoke treatments, but also as this stand alone treatment for those suffering with jaw tension, facial pain, sinus problems, migraines and tinnitus and other related issues.

Specialist Cranial Fascial Release Treatment 60 minutes

A gentle 1 hour treatment for women in their second or third trimester with a full consultation before treatment.

There are many benefits to prenatal massage, it can lower the level of stress and anxiety hormones for both mother and baby, it eases swelling on joints & alleviates discomfort, & improves quality of sleep allowing your body to do what it needs to do for your baby more easily.

My aim is to make you as comfortable & supported as possible to allow your body & mind to completely drift away & feel wonderfully connected to your baby.

Pregnancy Massage  60 minutes

This massage draws upon the Indian Ayurvedic massage system of facial acupressure points combined with holistic massage & lymphatic drainage techniques. This is a deeply relaxing treatment that aims to leave the skin looking radiant, relaxed, smoothed & naturally lifted. 

For best results it is recommended that you receive a series of 6  one hour treatments - 1 treatment per week for 6 weeks. Book this bespoke treatment plan & receive a free downloadable booklet to help you achieve optimum results.  This single treatment is for you if you have completed your 6 week course and wish to book monthly maintenance treatments to prolong the natural uplifting effects or if you wish to have one-off treatments.

Ayurvedic Face Massage 45 minutes

Seated or chair massage takes place on a traditional massage chair designed to take the weight off the spine and give easy access to the head, neck, back, shoulders and arms. The massage is most commonly done over the clothes and does not require oils or creams. 

This therapeutic massage focuses on the build-up of stress & muscle tension in all areas of the neck, shoulders & back, finishing with work to release tension in the scalp with an intensely relaxing head massage using Indian techniques.
This massage encourages relaxation, relieves stress, improves circulation & relaxes muscles. 

It is particularly beneficial for those with limited time, for people unable to lie on a couch or for those not wishing to undress.
