I have been working as a therapist since I trained in 1999 at the Alison Rostron School of Massage in Norwich; I trained first in therapeutic, deep tissue massage and aromatherapy massage Itec Cert. In 2003 I took further training in seated onsite massage, and later the Dorn Method and Breuss Massage, studying with Bridgett Nath. After this I furthered my studies, taking a Sports Massage course Itec. Cert, which I completed in 2012. I have since studied with the LCIC (London Centre of Indian Champissage) in Ayurvedic Indian head massage. I continue to train in other therapies.
