*Unused Sessions
Unable to utilize their weekly session within a given week, the session cannot be carried over to the following week. Each session is valid only for the week it is allocated, and any unused session will be forfeited.
*The massage package is not transferable.
*Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being counted as redeemed for that week.
