Hello, I’m Kit! I offer intuitive touch which is sensitive to your body. Each treatment is tailored to your specific needs on the day.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, all bodies welcome, non-judgemental, consent centred, trauma informed and disability aware.
I use vegan, animal-cruelty free, hypoallergenic oil.

Kit will take a person-centered approach, working with intuitive touch which is sensitive to your body. They will work to support you to access release, healing, refreshment, relaxation or your chosen intention/s for the session!
Kit will draw on techniques such as:
Swedish Massage (effleurage, kneading, petrissage, wringing)
Passive Joint Mobilisations & Stretches
Percussive (brushing, pummeling, tapping, plucking)
Breathwork
Deep Tissue & Focus
Holds & Tracing
Lymphatic Drainage

Please note - The Studio where your massage will take place is in The Studio, on Windmill Hill City Farm, which is shared and enjoyed by lots of different people and animals. On occasion, during you session you may hear bleating sheep, kids playing and ball games. I offer the option of listening to a bespoke collection of calming music during your massage.
