A beautiful relaxing massage using hot stones and essential oils to massage the back neck, shoulders and back of legs. This technique is used to ease muscle tension, reduce stress and anxiety and aid in relaxation. The stones are heated up which penetrates the muscles deeper resulting in a luxurious and very relaxing massage. 

Hot stone therapy is not recommended for anyone with high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, varicose veins, migraines, rheumatoid arthritis, decreased pain sensitivity, recent wounds, areas of weakened or inflamed skin, tumours, metal implants, recent chemotherapy, radiation or surgery or are on medication that thins the blood. if you are pregnant please note this massage is not recommended.

Upon arrival we will go through my range of essential oil blends to find the perfect massage oil for your specific needs. 
Then it's time to unwind and enjoy a back, neck and shoulder massage whilst listening to a guided meditation helping you drift into pure relaxation. 
After the massage youre given time to enjoy the soothing effects and tranquility from your experience whilst I perform a full body cleanse with sage or Palo Santo. If required we will draw an oracle card together to offer you some guidance or insight.
The perfect treatment for those wanting the ultimate serene massage experience. 

Mindful Massage 

A 60 minute full body massage, includes Back, Neck and shoulders. Full legs including feet and arms. 
Using Swedish massage techniques which do include some hacking movements. If you would prefer an aromatherapy massage which does not include the hacking/cupping technique please do advise upon booking.
