A full body de-stress  massage to gently unravel tension and sooth a busy mind, drawing on the subtle yet powerful techniques of Ayurvedic and Samvahan  vibrational massage as well as acupressure to restore a sense of calm and groundedness. These are more intuitive and flowing styles that are gentle and soothing for the body,  incorporating warm aromatic oils and the deeply relaxing sounds of the Tibetan singing bowl and  bells.
