Chloe really listened to all my issues and concerned and has targeted the right areas of my shoulders that need work. Her rehab work and exercises that she has provided with me are fantastic! I've only had 3 sessions with her and I've already seen a HUGE improvement! Her deep tissue massages have worked straight from session 1. She is fantastic!

The double dose session with Chloe bespoke  to your needs introducing Pilates to increase strength in your body, helping to align and connect. Followed by releasing any tension your body maybe holding. 

This is available for all ability levels, including pre and postnatal ladies.

1-1 sessions help to focus on personalising Pilates practise. Pilates main focus helps to improve posture, strengthen the core, stabilises joints such as knees, hips, and shoulders, without stressing or overloading the body.  Improving spine flexibility, mobility and relieving tension. Pilates is suitable for any level and can be adapted to pre and post natal, beginners or intermediate levels.

Chloe works from 2 locations for 1:1 classes this can be provided within her studio in Irthlingborough or at her cabin in Wellingborough.  

She will be in Wellingborough Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.  Irthlingborough on Tuesdays and Thursdays - any problems please contact Chloe.  

All 2:1s and group classes are in Irthlingborough.

Reformer Pilates - 1:1

Sports Massage refers to the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body.  Focusing on aiding recovery in general. Regular sports massage can aid the improvement of movement quality. This is achieved through reducing tension from stress and can give a better sense of body awareness.

For your first treatment an hour is recommended and will begin with an in depth consultation to discuss the problem areas, history and background of your daily life, work and physical activity, along with a body movement assessment.  Any queries please feel free to email or call Chloe to discuss prior to treatment.

All treatments must be pre paid 24 hours before your appointment slot.  If no payment is made Chloe will cancel your slot and offer it to a waiting list client.  A £5 charge will be applied to all pre 9am slots, post 5pm slots and weekends.  

Sports Massage

This treatment uses firm and deep pressure to release tension and adhesion within the muscle fibers, helping to break down  any trigger points also known as knots in the muscle, Chloe is also trained in myofascial release, an in balance of fascia can cause an in balance in the bodies mechanics.  working with these different massage techniques encourages the muscles to move freely and correctly.

Remedial  & Deep Tissue Massage

This treatment allows you to put together a treatment that is bespoke and tailored to you.  Choose from any element of Chloe's wide range of skills and put together a massage that you will love.  This treatment includes a consultation at the beginning to discuss all that Chloe can offer, such as: Indian head massage, hot stones, acupuncture, deep tissue massage and relaxation massage this can be added into your treatment in any way you would like, this treatment is all about you.   If you have any queries please feel free to email or call Chloe to discuss prior to treatment.

All treatments must be pre paid 24 hours before your appointment slot.  If no payment is made Chloe will cancel this slot and offer it to a waiting list client.  A £5 charge will be applied to all pre 9am slots, post 5pm slots and weekends.  

For hot stone or acupuncture it is an added £5. 

Tailor Made Massage

Pregnancy is a stressful time, physically as well as emotionally. Your body undergoes some fundamental transformations including postural and hormonal changes, along with an increase in plasma and blood volume. 

Together, these effects can put significant pressure on the body, particularly on the spine, neck and weight-bearing joints.

A growing body of research indicates that regular Prenatal Massage provides a safe, drug-free, relaxing way to minimise and relieve the common discomforts of a developing pregnancy.

This treatment includes an in depth consultation to ensure the safety of yourself and baby.
