Zero Balancing Session

Traditional Indian head massage - Originating in Ayurveda. 
SHIRO ABHYANGA is a Sanskrit term comprised of two words: Shiro (head) and Abhyanga (massage)

Indian head massage is understood to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.  It is an ancient therapeutic practice that has been used in India for over 5000 years. It is performed while seated, oil is applied to the hair for a wonderfully conditioning treatment, best left in overnight (if possible with hair wrapped in a towel)

It can soothe the sinuses, refresh tired eyes, is usually great for headaches & migraines, stimulates lymphatic drainage around the face, head and neck, and helps with stress and sleep! 

Wear comfortable casual clothing as OIL is applied to head and hair and around neck area.
