Youngmin has been my instructor for months, and my problems such as posture, stiffness and strength have improved so much. She was able to pin point areas I was weaker in and we would work on them. She is knowledgeable and encouraging, I feel stronger taking her lessons.

I’ve been working with Wonie (Youngmin) since 2025, and it has been an incredible experience! She has been incredibly friendly and welcoming from day one. What I appreciate most is how attentive she is to my individual needs and specific health concerns: she always makes sure the exercises are tailored perfectly and safely for my body. Wonie has a unique talent for making pilates both fun and challenging. I always walk out of the studio feeling great. I cannot recommend Wonie enough!

Youngmin is great! She is nice and knowledgeable and her laugh gives an extra energy to continue when the workout is getting too hard. Highly recommended 😊

没问题,英文版: Youngmin is an incredibly patient and attentive instructor. She takes the time to carefully correct and explain each movement, so you never feel pressured or judged. She's also great at encouraging students — even when you don't get a move quite right, she gives positive feedback that keeps you motivated to keep going. If you have zero Pilates experience and want to start training seriously, I highly recommend booking with her!
