I can’t recommend Ying highly enough! I’m a returning client, and once again she went above and beyond - this time accommodating me for a last-minute Nanoplasty appointment, which I really appreciated. Ying is warm, professional and incredibly thorough. She takes such care with my hair, and the result is absolutely beautiful - smooth, glossy and exactly what I was hoping for. There’s a reason I keep coming back! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes enormous pride in her work. Exceptional service, beautiful results and such a lovely experience every time.
