The staff were welcoming and received me with a smile and greeted me by my name. Mr Walter was very pleasant and offered me help with my questions on hair care. After finishing my hair appointment he walked me to the reception desk while carrying some of my stuff. I was impressed by this action of escorting me to the reception despite ‘the fact that there was a client waiting to be attended to. As a client this is what we like, to be treated well from the start to the end. In addition the staff are well informed on matters relating to the Spa. I will definitely be back with this kind of servic
