I was immediately at ease with Tess she explained exactly what she was about to do. Every step was again explained as she worked on my eyebrows. I've lived without eyebrows for 50 years as my older sisters overplucked and shaved them. Wow now they look fantastic and real. Tess is an absolute artist. Book in you definitely won't be disappointed
