I am passionate about the benefits holistic therapies can bring to our well-being to combat the many stresses that have an adverse effect on our physical, emotional and spiritual selves. I qualified as a holistic therapist in 2004 at the Jane Rochfort College of Complimentary Therapy and became a member of the IFA and completed my Diploma in Reflexology with the Devon School of Reflexology accredited by the AoR in 2019.

Fantastic reflexology session. Naomi has magic hands. Such a calming and relaxing environment too. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for a massage or reflexology
