I was looking more into myofunctional therapies and also to the treatments that would help with my acute but severe migraines. I am glad that I came across Mona's practice and got the treatments for exactly my concerns. Mona is very skilled and knowledgable, not a 'regular masseur' but with the technical knowledge of a proper surgery nurse - which was an important factor for me to choose her practice over typical London/South Kensington massage therapy practices. She took extra time and care for my first session and never rushed the treatment, this means a lot to me.

I loved this treatment, it is divine. I arrived puffy and left uplifted and sculpted. Moreover, I was truly relaxed - so much so that I enjoyed a deep wonderful restorative sleep - the first time in ages. Mona is simply amazing . And I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you ☀️

This was my first Mukha Face Yoga session and the whole experience was so lovely. Mona was very calming and very professional. My face, jaw, neck and shoulders felt incredibly relaxed after and my skin fresh and radiant. I could really feel and see the difference. Thank you Mona

The treatment was effective and relaxing at the same time. Mona is attentive and caring. I really enjoyed the treatment and I cannot wait to see the results in further appointments :)

Unbelievable. This was my first treatment with Mona and first time having Buccal massage. The whole treatment was very relaxing and included a variety of different things - massage, skincare, ice rollers, eye mask. My face feels free, light and dare I say glowing! I can’t wait for the next treatment and to see how my face will change as it becomes more free from tension. Thank you Mona! A beautiful offering!

Today was my 2nd session of Mukha with buccal release. Mona will post pics & you’ll see the remarkable difference it has made to my face. I look younger, more relaxed & my jaw has reappeared. I’m the one with yellow eyebrows (ongoing process to remove SPMU). My sessions with Mona are relaxing & so uplifting, I feel like I want to look after myself better, eat better, exercise more; the treatment definitely works holistically. I’ve booked 2 more sessions and will continue one a fortnight because it’s brilliant & and effective. Mona is lovely; her studio is beautiful, comfortable & welcoming.
