My pregnancy massage was quite disappointing. It started 15 mins late and ended 15 mins early. The stuff used on my body for the massage was too slippery for it to feel like a massage and rather it felt like rubbing of an ointment. They took care in checking I was comfortable but I had mentioned at the start where I was sore but it didn't feel as though this was given much attention as it could have in the massage. The facial at the end just felt like lots of serum be rubbed in about 5 times rather than a facial massage and by this time my body was sore being pregnant laying on my back.

Hi Juliet, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry your treatment didn’t meet your expectations. I looked into the timing, as we take this seriously. Your appointment was booked for 10:15am and you were invited through at 10:16am. As this was your first visit, your appointment included a consultation, and continued until approximately 12:20pm to ensure you received your full two hours, including consultation time. I’m sorry it felt shorter from your perspective. Pregnancy massage is always tailored for comfort and safety, and pressure or techniques may be modified depending on the stage of pregnancy. However, you should still leave feeling heard and well cared for. I really appreciate your feedback about the facial and will give this further attention in our training. We rarely receive negative feedback, so I see it as an opportunity to learn and improve. I’ll contact you directly and would really value the chance to discuss your experience further. Warmly, Ellie

Maisy was awesome today! Such a grounded human and skilled operator. Her response to my experience of pain was compassionate and calm. She communicated very well throughout and responded perfectly to my body’s reactions as well as my verbal feedback. What a legend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Maizy at White Fox Massage in Lawson highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. Maizy has a calming presence and exceptional skill, tailoring the massage to exactly what my body needed. She relieved tension I didn't even realise I was carrying while creating a deeply relaxing experience. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and genuinely cared for.
