This was my first appointment at SY1 and I was delighted with the whole experience. Lucia was very professional, helpful and a lovely person. She took the time to listen to me and offer advice. I look forward to to my next appointment with her in November.

Lucia was very helpful, and looked into her notes to see what hairstyle I prefer and the colour that had been applied to my hair before as I usually go to SY2. Lucia was kind and polite and very professional and asked the right questions. I am very pleased with my hairstyle as my hair is quite thick and curly can be quite difficult to style, if the hair is thinned out too much. The colour looks natural and I am pleased with the result. Thank you very much.

Lovely friendly warm welcome from all stylist as always ,such a lovely friendly atmosphere i felt so relaxed never feel rushed .Lucia has done a fantastic colour and finish looking forward to my next visit.Thankyou Lucia xx

I honestly can’t recommend Lucia enough! She has done an amazing job as always, absolutely nailing my colour and cut! Lucia is so lovely, super informative and always happy to have a chat. She always makes you feel so confident and in such good hands. I always leave feeling amazing and couldn’t be happier with my hair. Thank you so much Lucia, you’re the best! :)
