The consultant was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was concerned about the health of my hair rather than pushing her services and gave me great advice on how to improve my hair health including products and routines to follow. When I attended the appointment I was very anxious about the state of my hair but I left feeling reassured and confident that in time it could be fixed. I would highly recommend to anyone not only looking to have their hair braided but also to improve the health of their hair.

Braider Marie is so chill and kind she styled it me perfectly exactly what I asked for and there was no pulling or pain during the process she's gentle and professional and so welcoming. Happy customer once again ☺️
