I had such a great experience today! J is an incredibly skilled and professional hairstylist. He takes the time to understand each person and design a style that suits them, explaining what he’s doing along the way. He’s also so easy to talk to and has a great sense of humour, which made the whole appointment fun and enjoyable. Addy, the store manager, was also wonderful—so welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the visit. Huge thanks to J and Addy for making it such a great experience. I’m really happy with my hair and would definitely recommend the salon!
