Ella was very calming and professional. She allowed me to enjoy my appointment in serene silence which I really appreciated. I loved every minute and I even dozed off a few times! I loved the back massage and the pressure was perfect. The bed was super comfy and the rooms ambiance was gorgeous. Thank you so much Ella.
